  • Detailed Visual and Structural Examination of supporting structures, suspension mechanisms, safety harness anchor points, and weld integrity.
  • Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical System Testing to ensure safe and smooth operation.
  • Verification of Safety and Control Devices, including limit switches, emergency stop functions, brakes, overload protection, and fall arrest systems.
  • Load Testing to verify the platform’s safe working load (SWL) and performance under operational conditions.
  • Review of Maintenance, Certification, and Operation Records to ensure compliance with manufacturer and legal requirements.
  • Issuance of a Comprehensive Inspection Report and Certificate, including findings, test results, and recommendations for rectification if necessary.
